A Building, Electrical, Mechanical, and Plumbing Permit should be applied for and received prior to any work taking place in Milford Township.
Homeowners may obtain permits without a license, if you are going to do the work. As the general contractor you will be responsible for the work and to make sure it meets the current Michigan Building Codes.
