Introduction. The site is located at the northeast corner of Milford Road and Pontiac Trail. The existing property is C-2 PUD to allow for a mixed-use development consisting of five commercial buildings totaling 33,000 square feet and a multi-family complex with a total of 18 buildings, 175 attached dwelling units on a 35.8 acre property. 

The Crossings of Milford request for C2 PUD Overlay Concept plan was approved at the Township Board during the regularly scheduled meeting June 16, 2021.  Next Steps:  The Crossings of Milford will come to the Planning Commission for phased site plan review.
